Acceptable Use. You may use the API only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not misuse the service, attempt to break rate limits or violate any applicable laws. Automated trading or research systems built on our data must clearly indicate that data comes from TrenchFeed.
Data Accuracy. The data provided by TrenchFeed is for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy and timeliness, we do not guarantee completeness or reliability. You acknowledge that use of the data is at your own risk and we are not liable for any losses arising from decisions made using it.
Subscription and Billing. Your subscription grants you a non‑exclusive license to access our firehose according to your chosen tier. You may not resell or redistribute the data without prior written permission. Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law.
Termination. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, abuse rate limits or engage in illegal activity. Upon termination you must cease all use of the API and delete any cached data unless allowed by a separate agreement.
Changes. We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
